Delivery time for embroidery orders: 10-14 business days. Personalized clothing is not subject to return policy. Orders with the embroidery option require prepayment. In the first order with embroidery, you must pay for the embroidery program (one-time fee of PLN 80).

  1. Completează formularul de retur/schimb. L-am pus în colet, împreună cu documentul de achiziție. Îl poți descărca și DE AICI.
  2. Împachetează cu grijă produsul pe care îl schimbi/returnezi și adaugă formularul completat.
  3. Trimite coletul la adresa Vena Uniformy, ul. Legnicka 49C, lokal 14, 54-203 Wrocław, telefon de contact 535 888 215.
  4. Te anunțăm prin e-mail când îl primim. Banii îți vor fi returnați în termen de maximum 14 zile.
